Raise deposits through the Bondsmith platform
Reach a diversified base of depositors, across wealth, advice, corporates and fintechs, through a single connection to the Bondsmith network.
Deposits are cheap, stable funding, but raising them through best-buy tables and brokers is competitive, price-led and hard to control. The Deposit Aggregator gives you a managed, diversified channel into a whole ecosystem of depositors.

A managed deposit-raising channel
Diversified funding
Tap depositors across wealth, advice, corporate and fintech channels rather than a single source.
One connection
Plug into the Bondsmith distribution network once and reach the whole ecosystem.
More stable balances
Reach depositors embedded in platforms and advice relationships.
Controlled & forecastable
Set the parameters; see balances raised with clear visibility and reporting.
Operations handled
Onboarding, customer servicing, account management and reconciliation are managed for you.
Compliant by design
KYC and money handling run to standard across the network.
Build a virtual branch network across some of the largest wealth and investment distribution channels in the UK
Bondsmith’s distributors already hold the customer relationship and the balances. A seat on the panel places your products in front of their depositors at the moment they decide where their savings sit, through one integration and one legal relationship with Bondsmith. You build nothing, buy nothing and market nothing.
A broad and deep pool of depositors
Distributors span retail investors, high-net-worth clients, advised and execution-only customers, SIPPs, ISAs, and corporate and charity balances. One seat on the panel reaches all of them, without a separate agreement for each.
Deposits that behave differently to your own book
Platform balances have different triggers for inflows and outflows, different rate sensitivity and different seasonality to branch or direct deposits. That gives you diversification against your existing depositor base.
Reach depositors your channels do not
Wealth platform clients rarely shop best-buy tables or open direct savings accounts. Bondsmith puts your products in the channel where those balances already sit and are managed.
Single-distributor relationships when they arise
Some distributors come to Bondsmith wanting one bank behind a specific product or proposition. Panel banks are in position for those conversations, and Bondsmith makes the introduction when the fit is there.
Power your own embedded savings partnerships on the trust model
You bring the distributor relationship: a wealth manager, a fintech, an employer benefits platform or a building society partner. Bondsmith provides the trust structure, the nominee account, customer onboarding and KYC, the distributor integration, servicing and reporting. Deposits are held by Bondsmith Savings Nominees Limited on trust for the underlying customers and placed with you, so you receive them without each customer needing a direct account with you. This model is already operating, so you can say yes to a partnership quickly. The product carries your brand or the distributor’s, as the deal requires.
Keep the relationship, outsource the plumbing
You own the commercial relationship with the distributor. Bondsmith runs onboarding, trust accounting, payments and servicing.
One structure, many partners
Add further distributors to the same arrangement as they come, without re-engineering the structure each time.
Regulated and proven
An FCA-authorised electronic money institution (FRN 955601) and a nominee trust structure that is already operating.
